Team Members and Work Crews
Team Members are linked to estimates, schedules, logins and many other tables. It is recommended that you do not delete team members. If you need to block a team member uncheck "Access Enabled" instead. Do not change emails address from one member to another either as this information is linked to the login. Only delete a team member if you are absolutly sure no related information is linked.
It's recommended that you create at least one Work Crew and assign team members to the work crew. This is required to push tasks to the project task manager.
